1. Information We Collect
We collect the following through the inquiry form.
· Name
· Email address
· Subject
· Message
The display language of the screen you used (Korean, Japanese, or English) is sent along with your message so that we can reply in the same language.
There is no account sign-up, so we do not collect passwords, government identification numbers, or payment details.
We do not collect advertising identifiers or location data.
2. Purpose of Use
We use the collected information solely to reply to your inquiry and for any follow-up contact it requires.
We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or profiling, and we never provide or sell it to third parties without your consent.
To send and store inquiry email, however, we entrust processing to the providers below, both of which are located outside Japan.
· Resend (United States) — sending inquiry email
· Google Workspace (United States) — storing received email
We entrust no more than sending and storing the email requires, and we manage it under our contract with each provider and the applicable law.
3. Cookies and On-Device Storage
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is visited, and uses no advertising networks.
We record the following four things in your browser.
· An identifier used to tell visitors apart for traffic analysis (Google Analytics cookies, named _ga and _ga_*)
· A marker so the intro screen is shown only once per session (sessionStorage)
· A marker so the notice popup is shown only once, the first time (localStorage)
· Your display language, if you choose one from the header (the NEXT_LOCALE cookie)
The Google Analytics cookies send the pages you view, your approximate region, and how you arrived here to Google (United States), and they last up to two years.
Google anonymises IP addresses, so the original values are not stored.
If you would rather not be included in this analysis, you can refuse it through your browser's cookie blocking settings or the opt-out add-on Google provides, and refusing places no restriction on your use of the site.
The two values kept in sessionStorage and localStorage stay on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
The intro marker is discarded when you close your browser, while the popup marker stays until you clear it.
The language cookie is sent to our server with each request so that the next page opens in the same language; it carries no expiry, so it is discarded when you close your browser.
None of the four contain information that identifies you personally, such as your name or contact details, and you can clear them at any time using your browser's option to delete stored site data.
4. Retention and Deletion
Inquiry content is not stored in any separate database; it is kept as a delivered email in the Company mailbox.
A copy also remains for a limited period in the sending records of the providers we entrust.
It is deleted without delay once one year has passed since the reply was completed.
Where applicable law requires retention, we keep the data for the period that law prescribes.
5. Your Choices and Rights
Providing your information is entirely optional.
If you do not use the inquiry form, no personal information is collected at all.
We send no promotional or advertising email, so there is no opt-out process to go through.
You may also request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information at any time, and we will act on such requests without delay.
6. Policy Regarding Children
This site is a business inquiry desk and is not directed at children.
Children under 14 (under 16 in the European Economic Area) should not use the inquiry form.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child below that age, we will delete it without delay.
7. Contact and Changes to This Policy
For privacy inquiries and to exercise your rights, please use the inquiry form on this site.
